How far in advance should I book my limousines?
Sir Oliver Limousine does not have a requirement; however we do suggest that you inquire with several companies and make your decision once you find a reputable company that you feel comfortable with as well as finding the limousine for your needs. Antiques and larger SUV’s usually book quicker …….. If you wedding is during the busier months you should book at least 1 year in advance.
Do I need an appointment to book my limousines?
No. Sir Oliver Limousine is open Monday through Saturday. We suggest that you call ahead to see if the limousines that you are interested are available for your wedding date and time. You may also book your limousines over the phone with a representative and have a contract mailed to you for your signature. If you would like to meet with us after hours we can arrange evening appointments.
Do you have a minimum rental time?
Depending on your ceremony location we offer pick up and drop off service and hourly rentals with a 3 hour minimum.
What are additional charges past the minimum rental?
Depending on the limousine you book the overtime varies by the half hour the day of your wedding.
When does the time start on the rental?
The time starts from the contracted time of pick up and ends once you are dropped at your final destination.
What is the minimum deposit and when is the balance due?
The minimum is a 1/3rd of the total plus sales tax if applicable. The deposit is required upon booking and can be put on a credit card. The balance is due the day of the wedding when the chauffeur arrives in cash or certified check. We do accept personal checks 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
What form of payment do you accept?
Deposits are accepted in Cash, Check, Amex, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Final or any additional payments are only accepted in Cash or Certified check. Personal checks are accepted as long as they arrive to Sir Oliver Limousine 2 weeks prior to date of pick up.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are NON refundable. No Exceptions
Is there an open bar?
Yes, all limousines have a fully stocked complimentary beverage bar including soda, water and ice. We do not provide alcohol, however, you are welcome to bring your own. Champagne is offered with all hourly wedding packages.
Can the limousine be seen before I book?
Absolutely, all vehicles are owned by Sir Oliver Limousine and are located at our office.
Do you provide multiple pick up and drop offs?
If your rental is hourly there is no limit. If you contracted pick up and drop off service then there is a charge for each additional stop.
